Did anyone say PRIVATE pool?

Remember that when you are staying at the hotel you have to share the pool with other guests. Which is not so bad, because it is a great opportunity to befriend. Although if you ask me, I'd rather be friends at the bar, not befriend, and also potentially hover in my pee!

In anticipation of my upcoming trip to Auckland, New Zealand (NZ), I was looking for accommodation. With so many choices – bed and breakfasts, motels, lodges, serviced apartments and hotels (to name a few) – I eventually decided to choose a hotel in Auckland. Now my problem came from: what accommodation do I want to stay in? for: Which provider to choose?

It is fair to say that if I booked my trip with a travel agent, I might have been able to suggest the right service provider to me, but in the present and old age of online travel, I did not need to speak to a travel agent. It was built ten years ago in the famous Santorini village, Oia (Ia), in a prime location. The hotel is actually built on the cliff of Santorini and therefore has magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and the volcanic island of Santorini. And every night, visitors can admire the famous Santorini sunset from their room balconies or by the hotel pool.

This luxury hotel is built in accordance with traditional Kikal architecture, with Santorini features. The rooms and apartments of the Katikies Hotel look like small cliffs, all whitewashed and connected by small stair steps. Each Katikies room has a unique minimal decoration and style and a great view.

Our trip took us to the Yorkshire Dales in a place called Asenby near Thirsk. We ordered the lamb, and our faces showed a delight in the juiciness of the meat and the taste as we ate at night. It is also known as a fish restaurant, but on this occasion we advocated for Lamb. Next time. All the staff wanted our evening to be top notch and we couldn't resent anything. We didn't have a single negative comment we could think of.

Our night was beautiful under my royal canopy and when morning came we made our way down to the breakfast restaurant again. This time it was at the conservatory. Once again I can only say that you would have to go and experience the decor and what I can only say is amazing. I didn't want my experience at Crab & Lobster to end it was a fairy tale stay.
